The artist is Della-Vos-Cardovskaya

The artist joined the impressionism, apparently while still a student of Schreider in Kharkov (1891–1894). In St. Petersburg and the Academy, she found a hobby „Tsornovskaya “brush. In the 1900s, she wrote solar landscapes, genres and interiors permeated with pulsation, often vigorously laying strokes with a spatula. Impressionism significantly enriched its „Generalized “The canvases of the 1910s.
